The Shifta is already well known and respected in the industry as being the best conveyor of rubble, aggregates and soils, and this popular lightweight machine, with its aluminium construction, is now even more portable than before. It has a tough rubber troughed belt, a three-phase two-speed 110v motor and a portable hopper that is large enough to convey bulky material. When moving material in difficult terrains, this is the ideal machine for the job.
It can be used by one operator for any load up to an incline of 55 degrees. It is therefore ideal for challenging terrains, where the lie of the land would be a problem for most other machines. Shifta can do the job of moving that mountain of aggregate quickly and efficiently.
The fastest running speed is 32 metres per minute and the slowest is 20 metres per minute. A 5kva transformer can allow the use of five machines at once. Additionally, the Shifta features inbuilt belt-tracking and a scraper for enhanced performance.
This very useful and efficient machine can be seen in use on sites all over the country reliably shifting large amounts of material.

The All New SHIFTA
We recently purchased 4 Shifta conveyors in the 450mm wide model. They are still working like new and I expect them to carry on doing so. We have the 4.4 m long version which is the largest in the range and they are still man portable which means they can be moved around a site to be closer to where the digger is working. The Mace team were impressive right from the original contact
